The 2023 Royal Adelaide Show was a special occasion for the Polwarth breed as we shared Feature Breed with the Corriedale’s. The breed was well represented by Taljade (KI), Mt Crawford (SA), Murrawooda (SA), Riverview (TAS) and Fairview (VIC) with Peter English from Moorabbee (VIC) judging.
Special thanks to our South Australian members:
- Talisa McArdle for many months of work leading up to the show including organising a great deal of sponsorship.
- Sam Edwards and Josh Wiltshire for organising the association vests which looked fantastic.
- Kate Thorsteinsen for bringing such a large team from Mt Crawford.
- Kayla Starkey who did a wonderful job as MC.
Before the show started, there were the preliminaries including:
- Housekeeping
- Weightlifting
- Figures, figures and more figures
- New fashion items
